1. Acceptance

By accessing webacaciahub.click or engaging Acacia Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acacia Hub," "we," "us") for procurement analytics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Acacia Hub provides professional procurement analytics engagements including dashboard design, spend analysis reports, and facilitated briefing sessions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Acacia Hub retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools used to produce deliverables. Client data remains the property of the client.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data extracts, timely feedback, and designated points of contact. Delays in data provision may extend project timelines without additional liability on Acacia Hub.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business data and engagement details as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Acacia Hub's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Deliverables support business decisions but do not constitute legal, tax, or audit advice.

7. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce content without permission. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
