Our engagements are quoted after a data review—not sold as fixed packages. The figures below are starting points; final estimates depend on category count, data quality, and revision scope.
Enterprise Procurement Savings Dashboard

6–10 week engagement including full dashboard build, methodology documentation, two revision cycles, and executive walkthrough.
Estimate factors: number of spend categories (typically 15–40), ERP extract complexity, number of revision cycles requested, on-site workshop count.
Spend Category Analysis Report
KRW 18,000,000 per cluster
Four-week standalone report for two to three related categories. Includes PDF deliverable, source workbook, and category manager briefing.
Estimate factors: transaction volume, supplier count within cluster, need for price-volume-mix decomposition.
Supplier Benchmark Briefing Session
KRW 6,500,000 per session
Half-day facilitated session for up to 12 participants, including two weeks of data preparation and post-session target summary.
Estimate factors: number of benchmark indices required, additional category clusters in same session.
Monthly data refresh retainer
From KRW 3,200,000 / month
Optional ongoing service for clients who completed a dashboard engagement and need monthly extract ingestion, validation, and chart updates. Scoped separately.
Payment terms
Standard terms: 40% upon contract signing, 40% at prototype delivery, 20% at final handover. Briefing sessions require full payment 10 business days before the session date.
All prices exclude VAT. Travel to client sites outside Gyeonggi-do billed at KRW 180,000 per day plus actual expenses.
