About our studio
We are a procurement analytics practice—not a software vendor—based in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, serving enterprise sourcing teams who need savings numbers they can defend in steering committee meetings.
Registered business
Official name: Acacia Hub Analytics Co., Ltd.
Established: 2017
Registered address: Lim Jaehyun, 21 Icheon-ro, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do 17300, REP. OF KOREA
Our history
Acacia Hub Analytics was founded in 2017 by Lim Jaehyun, formerly a category manager at a Gyeonggi-based industrial conglomerate, after repeated steering reviews where savings claims could not be traced back to source transactions. The studio began as a two-person practice producing spend reports for local manufacturers; by 2019 we had expanded to full dashboard engagements for indirect procurement teams across electronics, pharma, and food processing sectors.
Today we maintain a core team of six analysts and visualization specialists at our Icheon-ro office, with client workshops held on-site at headquarters in Seoul, Suwon, and Busan.
What we believe
Savings numbers earn trust only when category managers can click from a chart to the underlying PO lines. We document every transformation, avoid vanity metrics, and write methodology appendices that internal audit teams can follow without calling us first.
Our people
Lim Jaehyun — Founder, lead analyst. Fifteen years in indirect procurement across manufacturing and distribution.
Kim So-yeon — Senior visualization specialist. Former BI developer focused on Power BI and Tableau for finance teams.

Working approach
We start every engagement with a half-day taxonomy workshop—not a sales presentation. You leave that session with a written scope, data checklist, and realistic timeline before any contract is signed.
